Commercial Practice : Commercial Financing, Lending and Leasing

Our commercial transaction department is active in representing lenders, businesses and their principals in connection with loans, leases and all other transactions. Our clientele includes major banking institutions, private lending institutions and state and federal credit unions for whom we document and close transactions involving real estate, taxi medallions, laundromats, franchise brick and mortar businesses, radio (frequency) licenses and the like. We are also involved in workouts and/or restructuring of delinquent financial situations and other collection proceedings. We realize that while aggressively representing the interests of our clients, the firm, throughout the transaction, must remain sensitive to the critical business relationship between the financial institution and its customer and work diligently to preserve that trust. In order to accommodate our many lending clients, we have closing offices located throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
