Natalie Guillaume

Natalie Guillaume joined FKM in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. She represents institutional lenders, buyers and sellers in various residential real estate transactions and commercial refinance transactions. Immediately prior to joining FKM, Natalie worked as a sole practitioner representing buyers and sellers and appearing in Foreclosure and Landlord/Tenant court for various banks. Prior to going solo, Natalie worked as a plaintiff foreclosure attorney.

Natalie received her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and is a member of the Association of Black Women Attorneys (ABWA), Amistad Black Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association.
