We hope that you, your loved ones and those closest to you are safe and healthy. COVID-19 has changed business and life as we all knew it just a month ago. AT FKM, we have been working closely with local officials and the community to do our part in helping to flatten the curve and provide assistance to those in need. The safety of our staff, clients and colleagues is so important to us. We were fortunate to plan properly and for the past three weeks our staff has been working remotely and we have been fully operational. We are servicing clients and handling our current business without issue. We have done video mediations, Zoom depositions and closed significant commercial transactions remotely in accordance with state guidelines. Our staff has remote access to every file and document in our system and mail is being responded to timely. During this time the courts are physically closed, but also slowly working towards remote capabilities for conferences. We are ready to do whatever is necessary to handle existing matters as well as process new matters being referred to us.

These are times that are increasingly difficult for all. New Yorkers are tough and resilient. We urge everyone to continue social distancing and respect our essential workers. To all those workers, we say thank you and please stay safe. We know that together we will all get through this.
